I offer a free 30 minute telephone consultation so you may discuss your concerns.
My fee structure is outlined below:
I can offer face to face , online or telephone sessions.
Sessions are 50- 60 minutes in duration. Some sessions may be longer, which will be negotiated with you first.
Payment
Payment for your therapy session is required on the day of the session and can be made by card, cash, cheque or online transfer if your therapy is conducted online or over the telephone.
If your health insurance company is paying for your treatment they will provide you with the information you require at the start of your course of therapy. Please note, that a different fee from above may apply for insurance companies.
Cancellations/ missed appointments
We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment. It is our policy to charge for any missed appointments that occur if not given appropriate notice. Sessions may be charged at half rate of a full session if a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Some health insurers do not pay for missed sessions so the above policy will also apply where the client will incur the session cost if it is not attended without notice.
Private health / medical insurance
I am a therapy provider for and am currently registered with AXA PP, Aviva, Bupa and Nuffield Health. If you are registered with a company not on the list below please contact me as I am eligible to register with most insurance companies. If you have private health insurance please contact me prior to therapy as I require your claim number in order to proceed with therapy. If you do not have this please bring along a cash, cheque or card for payment. If you choose to use your insurance to fund sessions we will need to share some information with your insurance provider.

In a central location under a mile from Chelmsford station, and a 5 minute drive from the Beaulieu Park area. It is also a convenient location to surrounding areas including Maldon, Colchester and Witham.
I have off street Parking available, toilet facilities and easy access to the property.
We are also reachable via public transport. Buses from Chelmsford stop nearby. The bus stop name is ‘The Drive’ if arriving from Chelmsford town centre.
